its another one of those long-life dramas with more than 100 eps. if u like taiwanese xiang tu (country) dramas, u may like this one. a lot of uncles and aunties chase this drama, even when they are drinking kopi or ABC stout in coffeeshops!

Yes.Then the woman's son grew up and vow to be richer than his father.The son ended up becoming very money-minded and dump his childhood girlfriend to marry a rich girl.Now he regreted his decision...
True that it is very draggy,but it is still quite good.The actors and actresses acted very well.This show together with "Bu Liao Qing" are the two better Tawainese drama I seen,although I think "Bu Liao Qing" is better.And the story almost alike too.

it's quite nice.. but i tink dey lyk have veri lil' artise.. dey reuse sum of e bu liao qing pple lor.. lyk e jingyu, qiuyun, and baoju... i tot none wuld watch coz its lame(for dose hu dun lyk).. hah. at least now i noe dere r sum hu watch...

yar.. heng heng got ppl watch.. if not so pai-seh...
so this show is not only watched by ah-sohs and ah-bae lar!!!
this is one of the very few taiwanese soap dramas that are watchable.. but of cos bu liao qing is also a great show!!

The new trend generation teenagers will not watch it and they will say Si Jian Lu or Bu Liao Qing is for ah-sohs and ah-baes.
They only watch shows like Meteor Garden or other idol dramas.
I won't say I watch every "Taiwan drama" there is,I don't like the "Pi Li Huo" showing in Channel U now.Sometimes,I am just attracted by their super-real and emotional acting skills.
As for the comments about they having very few artises,not really true.There are actually a lot artises,just that some of them we don't know them.It is like spilted up into "A-Cheng's team" and "Bu Liao Qing's team" of actors.They used back Qiuyun or Jinyu becos they are really good actresses.
There is nothing wrong if we really have special taste from others in here.

actually there are only 53 episodes. get your facts straight. anyway i think the show is not bad, but ending le.
